1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic chopped

For the sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 green cardamon
2 black cardamon
2'' cinnamon sticks
2 bay leaves
5 cloves
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 onions chopped

2 green chillies chopped
4 tomatoes chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
