Ma'am I think you have added excess of powdered spices ....wont it be too spicy. I added half quantity of the spices given and it still turned out it pretty spicy even though we have good spice tolerance .

Please mention the quantity used properly. Do you think the amount of oil you used was really 3 table spoons? This is why beginners like me are having a hard time learning cooking.
