Thang Long oil Lamp restoration
Hi, Today I will restore the Thang Long oil Lamp of Vietnam. It was quite unfamiliar and interesting to me to be able to restore it. Hello, Today I am going to restore the subsidized Vietnamese tin cans. I am quite unfamiliar and interested in being able to restore it. The upper edge of the wick should be trimmed evenly. Not a bad result considering the original state of the lamp.

Did you have two of the lamps, or did you repair the base a bit after blasting the rust off? I am sure there was not much left of the foot and it had some holes in it before you blasted it and after it seemed fully intact and little damage. Just comparing the footage between 5:15 and 5:25 and the footage of it after the blasting.

Come on. You start with a rusted out lamp. Then you have newer parts. Sorry no restoration just replacement.

Thank you very much for your video. I have one similar lamp difference is that mine one is made of fine quality brass all its body. The upper side burner (perforated) is damaged and the chimney is not available in kolkata India. How you can help me. Regards. A K Paul
