@@CLS55-Fonz I'm seeing: 1) Drain water; 2) charge a little; 3) top off with new water; 4) charge completely. I'm no expert, but I'm guessing the water disappears over time due to electrolysis and evaporation? Why do you have to flush out the old water instead of just adding some new water? Does it get contaminated? And I thought these were lead acid batteries -- don't they use sulfuric acid instead of water?

I find it interesting that folks in these conditions squeeze every dollar (or Franc) working with crummy equipment but then also have smartphones ($500?) that are actually newer than mine. (I was expecting they'd be using $50-$75 phones)

Squeeze every dollar? The cost of this repair might just be a dollar. $500 smartphone? Lol maybe in eu it's $500, in another part of the world it might be $50

@@arleigh31burke-zc2om I'm saying that the man who is working the repair is doing things as cheaply as possible with the tools in his roadside "workshop", while his smartphone shown at 1:04 looks top-of-the-line and less than 3 years old. Newer/better than my smartphone (I'm in the USA). Are you saying the smartphone pictured here is really only sold for $50 there?
