Christ haha I have this exact car as a daily driver in the Netherlands. Somehow it's stupidly reliable, it barely costs me anything in maintainance. It's built to last, even in a rainy climate it just doesn't want to rust

Good job! Although you can find people all over the US doing this, too. I have removed engines with no hoist and minimal tools in junkyards. And a little 3 cyl. like that, I have changed without a hoist at home, even though I have one here. A geo metro 3 cyl hardly justifies messing with a hoist. People who don't fix their own cars have little idea how much work people do to keep their junk going. I am in PA...if this is needed in January, that I when I do it. Outside. And never with any help. It gets old.
