This is a 35 minute restorative yoga deep stretch for stress relief and hip flexibility accompanied with a guided meditation for relaxation. This Yoga class will ease tension from the body and mind. After doing this restorative yin style yoga class you will feel less stressed and more relaxed. This yoga routine will deeply stretch the hips helping increase flexibility and promote relaxation. The poses in this class are intermediate level, if any of these yoga poses or stretches feel too intense do not do them and take a pose that feels best for you.
At the end of this restorative yoga class there is a short guided meditation for stress relief and relaxation so be sure to stay till the end.

Wow this was great - especially the meditation! After the stress this week of supporting my husband with his mental health crisis, this was just what I needed to ease the stress. Hearing the part of the meditation of the light giving unconditional love and reassurance, had the tears start flowing. It was something I needed to hear and feel right now. I haven't done much meditation before but will be coming back to the other videos you have for meditation after this experience. I'm fairly new to yoga and loving your videos - the 30 days for inflexible people had me hooked. Keep up the great content!

I loved the longer stretches; I could really sink into them and let everything go. Also enjoyed the meditation at the end. Feeling grounded and blissful! 🙏
