Location, location, location. Gorgeous and such great value. If considering this property my two most important questions to me would be what is grown around the property (the smell of fertilizer could be overwhelming) and the safeguards for future development on the same surrounding land.

Classy, understated exterior and grounds. I like this villa's layout, but its mostly monotone, modern interior is not for me. Like your many other fans, I think we've been spoiled by the unique, elegant Italian interiors featured in previous videos. 💜 Looking forward to more!
