Man, I absolutely love these videos. I can’t wait till you upload more. The way you are so methodical and precise about restoring these things when they look like they are trash, and then you restore them to work and look like a piece of history! Keep up the amazing work!! ❤

These are just some of the coolest looking and nicest guns in history. So awesome! Glad I was able to see such a great restoration of WWII history. I’d love to know how it felt shooting it. Thanks for sharing!

nice work, the clay it was sitting in helped keep it from corroding, i would fix that cut on the stock.

Вот это супер! Ещё одно оружие восстановлено до выстрела. А скобу можно заварить сваркой.

Awesome something about a restoration at this level with no voice over is so satisfying! Only question I have is where do you find a firearm in these conditions to even be able attempt a restoration like this?

Where do you get all these weapons?

Very nice! Just 2 quetions: why do you not restore trigger guard, and bore is ok?
@rusticrestorationsyt6 ай бұрын
I wanted to keep the gun as original as possible because it is a piece of history so I decided not to fix the trigger guard. The bore is fine just a little pitting from the rust.

Hello sir, i have no idea if this will get seen, but i have a Remington & sons model 1870 “rolling bloc” rifle, that was in my grandparents house when it burnt down. Somehow it survived but my gramps gave it to me to restore. Now it sounds fun, but you have the knowledge that i dont and i would hate to destroy a 175 year old fire arm.

I’m trying to figure out how TF you get some of these? Just magnet fishing, or what?

he buys them and intentionally abuses the firearms then restores them. Some of the guns he has restored wouldn’t rust the way they have in natural conditions

Very nice restoration! Not to be picky, but it's still a Belgian gun (and designed by the American John Browning), even if it was used by Germany in WWII ;-)
