Ah there is a new peace deal thing from by blood alone, where you can auction lands during the peace deal and it goes to the highest bidder, you also get points for the first three rounds, so you could have taken the land from Bulgaria.

Wish they would put a sort of clipboard feature for the equipment designers so that you can design a tank aircraft or ship to save you time that you don't have to go and do the same thing again and to see how much xp you need to finish it and go back to it when you have the xp. Spend that xp and then you can begin to produce that equipment.
