Even if you do buy at market value. Think of out of the norm ways to utilize the land.

@@Retipster i been watching a ton of this content. Im really considering some passive income and I dont see the value in flipping when a good piece of land can make multiple streams of income.

Hi Seth! wondering if the land is won at the auction but deed is yet to come, can you still market or start working to sell the land?

Raw land is an extremely risky investment. Unless it has some use currently it generates no income but still have expenses. It is an investment for those that have enough assets to play the long game. I watched more land speculators go bankrupt in 2008 to 2010 than any other investments.
