Thanks bro 💪🏼 for everyone that has second thoughts on this, I did exactly the way he did it in the video and my f30 335i runs phenomenal I had no issues what’s so ever the car runs super strong no hiccups or anything. The only thing you have to do is flip the connector of the b58 fuel pump. The intake manifold will not fit unless you flip the connector. To flip the connector is super easy and simple

Just be sure when your bolting down the hpfp the two bolts have to be tightened evenly so you don’t mess up the spring of the fuel pump

didn’t affect much, just have more wiggle room to increase power since i have more flow. But with more power comes a heavier foot!

2015 335i, The pump is working perfectly fine after 7k miles

you can’t bro max e50 on TU pump and that’s riskyish, i recommend dorche for higher ethanol content

I will make a follow up video after a few more months . But as of now i’ve put 4k miles on E40 and the car is running awesome

It works for all N55 with rapper style hpfp. you can know if you have it if it has a dimple on the top and doesn’t look like a N54 connector. If you have a car under 2015 you will need to splice the connect into your harness that’s in the description

I thought that was odd for them to just change hpfp connectors after one year on the same platform. yea its 2014+

The one that i installed in my N55 is. B58TU pump. Gen 1 B58 pump flows slightly better than N55 Pump. I’d recommend getting the TU if you’re going through all the hassle

unfortunately this won’t work for you it only works for newer N55s. However N54s don’t have as weak HPFP as late N55s so even just a LPFP will make a difference for you

Also, would this work for F10 535i pwg?

On a B58 it can make up to 600hp in guessing a N55 it isn’t far from there

@@Jet3chusually those have the old style N54 hpfp. You’d have to double check if you have a tappet hpfp or N54 Hpfp

I responded to your dm, and for the HPFP option, it will still be stock hpfp. no tuning needed for the pump.

the electrical connector on the TU pump cam rotate 360 degrees to adjust it where you need it

Gen 1 B58hpfp flows similar as the pump on the N55 on a N55, If you’re doing all this work it’s worth to get the TU!

No it didn’t have any issues, Just long cranks in the morning. The TU pump definitely helped with the top end though

LPFP was stock. I ran E40 no issues

Only works for later N55s, that have the tappet style HPFP

Look under your manifold you'll see if you have the tappet style or the old n54 style pump. I think for e82 they switched to taopet late 2012

I definitely have the old N54 style my car is a 2011
