Another advantage to cross court return is it can be used to keep an aggressive mobile player back and stop them crashing the net on the 5th shot.

Great information on taking away angles from your opponents and setting up your next shots. Is that a miniature golf course to the right of the courts or just some Astroturf grass?

If i'm returning from the even side of the court and my partner is a rightie, I like to return back to server as close to the corner as possible. This lets my partner have a better chance to poach. I just have to make sure I got the deep angle 3rd shot drive if it comes.

May want to show video segments to demonstrate the shots in an actual game plays. It's kind of dry and hard to follow with only talking and throwing the ball around.
