FYI - Do not rent from Enterprise. Many of us got scammed on damages we didn't do. Hope this helps.

Im a frequent traveler and I will say good luck renting from others that arent graded for customer service. Moreover, pick up the protection and save yourself the hassle. There is no commission or profit off of protections and they work only to benefit the customer. Why risk paying a deductible and filing a claim with your insurance for a car that isn’t even yours? It honestly baffles me to see people skip that option. Hope THIS helps.

Iv'e never had a situation where Enterprise never refunded my deposit, since 2017. Maybe it's your bank?
