Rev'it explorer gtx boots failed. just as badly as customer service did!

Not what you'd expect for a boot at this price bracket. £475 from new
boa system snapped at the point inside the protection runner.
waterproof failed after 6 month's (I'm told the brown ones fail much quicker)
The boot was good to a point, but my old forma were better wearing, longer lasting at 1/4 of the price.
Its the lack of customer satisfaction and concern that is my real problem with this company!!

This made me curious about BOA. So i Googled replacement. Sure enough its a lifetime warranty and the repair kit is free. So for anyone who has these maybe its a good idea to carry some parts with the rest of your kit.

This. Even more, if the product you have is not on their website for replacement, They'll match it from a picture you can send them. They really do stand behind their warranty.

no problem walking in tech 7 enduro's but have alpinestars toucan too which are again all day comfy

i have the tech7, great for comfort and protection, i feel extremely safe with them BUT its imposible to walk with them more than 50 meters. That’s why I still wanna get the revit expedition boots, but for less aggressive riding. Those “cables” are to thin for hard offroading.

I completely agree, that's why I use the studio crossfire 3, however Iceland was more adventure than hard enduro and these boots just gave up. Have you looked at the klim boot? Or for real comfort the forma is excellent.

Well, I'll be honest the snap happened inside a runner that's fully protected and I do care for wash, and bees wax it. Yet it was more the customer service attitude. However you sound like a male Karen so please feel free to unsubscribe and never darken my doors again
