Phonak & Signia are totally different technology, Phonak is Bluetooth Classic & as a consequence has much higher battery consumption so one of the reasons it has no rechargeable option hence the reason we get very few enquiries for them. I agree white would be a much more obvious choice but black is the next best techy earbud type colour. I’m not aware of two Bluetooth channels, I think the upcoming ReSound Nexia ITC/ITE’s would allow the button to be configured to stream/switch back to other programs. I’m not sure why anyone would want them in prosthetic limb ‘80’s computer monitor beige when black gets mistaken for headphones. I have just checked on the manufacturers software you can have TV Streaming as an option on the button ask your audiologist to configure that as a feature if it is important to you these are normally things that can be done on your follow up appointments. New model out very soon.
