@@jackdempsey9644 lol, you've helped a lot of regretful people go broke with a horrible "investment"" and lined your pockets by flat out lying, bs'ing, and tricking them.. which you wouldn't have to do if you were really "helping them" or giving them something of value. I've never bought into a timeshare or "vacation club", but I have sat through a handful of presentations and wasted their time. Getting a variety of interesting reactions in the meantime. ANYTHING where you have to buy on the spot is a scam. There are literally Zero exceptions to that. None.

The most brutal timeshare closing trick of all time. I couldn’t believe it worked when I got my first deal using this method. The guy looked at me and said “you got me, let’s do it”

When I think of 5* luxury resorts, Four Seasons, St Regis, Ritz Carlton, etc immediately come to mind. Are these the type of resorts you’re referring to in the right column?

If you’re in Interval International Yes!!! Just stayed at a Ritz Carlton 2 months ago and a Four Seaons last year all through Interval with my VI timeshare. I had to book the Ritz about 7 months in advance but well worth it.

Oh my God. Don’t forget about the never ending maintenance fees, the fact that you’ll never have availability to book, and when you pass that legacy isn’t a dream vacation, it’s a stupid amount of fees for a timeshare you will probably never use. This is complete trash. NEVER GET A TIMESHARE.

So you made two comparisons. One that you want them to pick has all the advantages not listing the disadvantages. And the one that you don't want them to pick, showing all the disadvantages but none of the advantages... That's called comparing apples with oranges. You are a conman and I can't believe KZfaq allows people to upload video that are teaching others to rip off vulnerable people. Shame on you

I hate to see people conned out of their hard earned money. The time share industry is downright scummy and crooked.

So scummy and crooked, with many people running the other direction when they hear the word "timeshare", that the more common term they use now is either "vacation club" or "vacation ownership". A wolf in sheep's clothing. Maybe that's another sales tip to make - call it "vacation club" instead of "timeshare". Either way, I think snake oil is more valuable. At least it's something tangible.

People aren't going because they want to buy a timeshare. They are going because some random person offers them a valuable gift for going to a spiel for 90 minutes with no obligation. They rarely are even told what it is until they arrive at the scammy sales pitch. If the garbage you are selling were 1/20th as good as you're trying to convince people, then you would not have to resort to deception, trickery, boiler room tactics, intimidation, and an endless barrage of lies. And that is a fact.

Wouldn't it just be easier to sell a product that you didn't have to entice people to come in to see with free gifts and then not let them leave for upwards of 4-6 Plus hours? And then when you're met with resistance you increase the pressure on the potential buyer because you're trying to sell them something that you started at a super high price and then go three rounds of reducing the price and bringing in different people to see if you can get them to crack. I'm sorry but I think it would be easier to find a product that you can sell that when people come in they haven't been offered free crap just to get them in the door. You should want to sell a product that pretty much when they come in they need it, they want it, and there is some negotiation involved and questions and answers required but they're very open because it's something that is required and necessary. I know this may boggle your mind but there are many many different types of products you can sell and make a terrific living that people need in their lives and will let you sleep at night comfortably. Well, I think a lot of the people that sell timeshare really sleep fine at night because they don't really have morals they're willing to do whatever it takes to make their money including lying

Who buys into this crap?! I’m also in sales, but don’t assume my clients are stupid… customers have evolved over time, don’t try to take advantage, provide them info on simply what they want, if they want it, when they’re ready. Pressuring someone into doing something is just scummy and awful just like this cheesy mind game this dude is playing. Hysterical!

If the garbage scams timeshares and "vacation clubs" were selling/tricking people into wasting their money on were not a massive ripoff, then the salespeople would not have to resort to trickery, endless lies, treachery, hostility, boiler room tactics etc. If what you are training people to sell was worth 1/10th what they are tryingnto scam people into buying, then you, sir, would not have a job and wouldn't be making sleazy videos like this. And that's a fact.
