Can be caused by crossing your legs and slouching on the couch.... Me: awkwardly and slowly uncrosses legs 😂

Why did no one tell me this sooner? Like I'm 35 weeks, breech baby and I've been sitting in the criss-cross position alot throughout this pregnancy. Update: my baby was frank breech and never turned. Had to have a csection. He's perfect and healthy and I'm recovering good as well. Definitely not the ideal birth experience I was actually terrified. But it worked out great.

You know as a fourth time mom I really think the intro to this sucked. I haven't done anything different this time and yet my baby is breech. To make comment about it being moms posture, etc. is BS. Some babies just don't turn and need some help. Moms get blamed for enough crap don't add to it.

I am pregnant with twins. Both have been head down the entire time and suddenly twin 1 is breech at 38 weeks. On the 36 week check up he was head down. I don’t know how he flipped

Breech baby is okay. Talk to Midwife and a doula at a birth center rather than the hospital. Ive had 3 successful natural births.

Don't worry, posture has negligible effect on if your baby will turn upside down or not. For whatever reason, people love to make pregnancy more fear mongering. Honestly being a mother in this day and age must be torture

@@becca_quinn967229 weeks is very normal for baby to be in breech position. Give the baby until 36 weeks to turn head down. They are very active due to having more space to move.
