Same! I’m super irritable when it’s summer

Been dealing with this since May started with the days getting longer. It's that billion watt light bulb in the sky shining for 16 hours a day that turns me from this happy, calm, outgoing, relaxed, level-headed woman during winter...into this weeping, agitated, anxious, unmotivated, insomniac, with no appetite during summer!! Happens like clockwork from mid-May until mid-October. I hate that they call it Reverse SAD, as if only the winter version is authentic.

@@wk1810 Agreed! Adding the word "reverse" to something that already exists makes it seem... less serious.
