Review 51 [Saturday 10 / 2 / '24] - Norma's Bistro, Alder Park Club, New Lambton, New South Wales
Been wanting to come back to this place for a long time.
Wagu Beef Burger was the meal of choice on this day.
Slightly smaller than I expected, but more than made up for that with very nice flavors.
Sauce wasn't runny [which I hate] like some burgers, only real issue was the bun was a bit dry.
I give that one a good solid, well deserved 9 / 10
