Don't these companies realize that some of us don't have plugs under our kitchen cabinets? Give us an option to HARDWIRE with a hidable slim transformer and I'll buy 3!!

Why it gotta be so expensive tho :( I know Apple takes a big piece of the cake but still, almost 80$ is just ridiculous.

Yeah ikr. I just ordered 15 metres of rgb 5050 led strip light off of Ali express the total cost was around $35

Bluetooth is NOT a good connection for your home. I sold my Eve products due to connection issues while on one side of the house. I opted for another brand that is WiFi only controlled. This light strip is the first I've seen so I might go with it until better products are available from the manufacturer that I chose. I'd like to see Eve get rid of this BlueTooth control because their App does seem better than others I've used. Until then, I love my current switches and plugs!

The reasons why they decided to go with bluetooth still boggles my mind to this day. I had all of the same issues you mentioned and got rid of all my Eve products, also when they did work there was quite a noticeable delay.

It's just a fundamental misunderstanding of the long term sustainability of a technology that is not able to be controlled from the other side of the house... or from out of town for that matter. Just ignorance. @@Neubs-xv8tw

I’m confused why you say the light strip cannot be added to once you cut it as on Eve’s website it clearly says you can add to it or cut it with ease that’s some pretty big false information in this video if you ask me 2:19
