This video does not show a doorbell hookup, however the Barking Dog Alarm can be set, via a switch on the side of the main unit, to Bark, Chime (Which is a doorbell sound), or Siren alarm. There is no doorbell button, but when set as Chime, the ding-dong will sound when movement is detected. The sensors can be added to the main unit and also set off the alarm with the sound that you select on the main unit. Thank You for your question.

Ray, The Barking Dog is designed to sound like a real dog from the outside of the building. When the unit is set up correctly, the barking sounds are directed into the room where they bounce off of the interior walls. Customer comments to us include: having animal control contact them about licensing their dog. The customer had to show the animal control officer the unit to prove it was not a real dog. Others have had neighbors inquire about their new dog because they knew they had lost their old dog. Another had a friend refuse to come into their home because they were afraid of the dog. We have sold and tested these units since 2010 and there are many more comments like these. Personal experience: my demo unit sounds like a neighbor's dog and I have caught myself wondering why my unit was armed when it was that dog barking. As for your question included with the comment.
