Good for you that you are working hard to stay active. This is a very good video. I have tried Tai Chi for a year with classes but this class sure makes it flow much easier and I love doing this every day now. I'm planning on keeping up with this. Thanks a million to the instructor. You have a talent!

I enjoyed the extra, putting together the forms in one flow, no words, just music is a true moving meditation.

Also I really like the silent extra practice. That is very helpful. When I am struggling with something new, I slow the video down to 75% for practice. It really helps.

I have searched many channels and found them to be challenging for a new person. Taiflow offers various steps that allows you to go at your own pace and abilities. I'm not trying to be purest, I'm trying to find something that fits me and Taiflow does. After a few months now, I enjoy the longer version and hope to see more of them. The tone of the voice and the selection of the music make the training enjoyable. Thank you

I was wondering is it possible to overdo tai chi since it's such a gentle practice
@Taiflow3 жыл бұрын
It would hard to over do it with Tai Chi. You do have to pay attention to the correct postures cause if your position is off it can create an injury or at least trigger some pain. I don't see that as overdoing it, I just see that as needed to learn the correct posture in the stances.

Hi Am a beginner of Taichi.. am 65. Have been into exercises always.. Is a certain amount of body soreness normal at the beginning? Thanks
@Taiflow2 жыл бұрын
As long as it is muscle pain it is alright. What kind of soreness are you talking about?
@sreelekhabhattacharyya87122 жыл бұрын
@@Taiflow thanks for responding...mostly in the core and around the knees.. but I think it's receding.. maybe the slow movements do exercise a different set of muscles. Feel good to follow your videos on You Tube.
