In this Throwback, the plaintiff says her father dated the defendant’s mother and they became friends. She’s suing her today for stolen money and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff is no angel, and she’s countersuing for defamation. Fast Forward, and the plaintiff is back with a new case! She’s suing her brother for the balance due on a loan. The defendant says his sister is a gold digger and a homewrecker. He insists he tried to pay her back.

I literally just had a very close associate of 30plus years ask me lastnight if she could send me $300.00 and I send it right back!! I went tf off because I don't understand how any of that made sense to her, to even fix her fingers or🧠 to think I would do something like that...... It screamed SCAM!! He doesn't follow the rule of law when rendering his verdicts at times. He's emotional and frequently gets frustrated by testimony and often misses or misunderstands nuanced facts and rules unfairly. It's quite interesting how both defendants in both cases said the exact same thing about her regarding her dating MARRIED men and being a homewrecking goldigger! Both defendants said she sleeps with married men. It must be some truth to that. Plus they both said she's not innocent. I believe she isn't. Both times she was way too quick to trash their reputations almost like she's trying to make herself look better than them. Classic Cash App Scam, they use a stolen credit card and connect it to a cash app. Send money from one account to the another. It cash app catches it then someone’s acct gets closed or in the negative. That girl knows EXACTLY what she was doing and got a cut of that money while messing up her friends acct. She would of got hands put on her having dealt with any one else

I don’t understand what actually happened but what I DO know is the plaintiff is better off without her “god sister “ in her life! As soon as she knew she would have to pay back the money SHE put her out of and screwed her over, INTENTIONALLY!!, she started trying to air out all her faults on tv. She’s no sister and no friend to you! You could tell the whole case she stood there with some evil grin on her face! Didn’t apologize, had no remorse and threw a fit because she lost. Grow up! I feel bad for your daughter! You’re the type that will let any guy in your house around your kids w/o knowing what kind of person they are and you let them treat you and your kids like trash!
