What a great guy! He’s really a lot like the role he played on Laramie! What a great show that is and he and his partner were so well matched on the show! I discovered it late but I’m so glad I found by chance. The show is worth buying and owning on DVD. To watch for many generations to come! God Bless Robert Fuller! A life well lived and a fine example of an American man! He was so cool and brave on the show. I have no doubt he is like that in real life! Thanks! 👏🏻😎

Hi Mr. Fuller ... you are my favorite cowboy! And I love the way you ride a horse. I'm loving the Laramie reruns on GRIT. And may I be so bold to say, "You still got it, Cowboy!!" Glad you came to Texas where the authentic cowboys live. You're the "real deal" too.

I’d been born a decade too late to even know Laramie existed, I’m somewhat sad to say. “Somewhat”, because after finding Laramie now in 2022, I’ve found it my favorite TV show EVER. I’ve so enjoyed watching them on Stars Encore that I bought the series. I love Robt Fuller’s role of Jess Harper, and Robert Fuller, himself, as he is one of many actors from that era who,, like Wayne, and as opposed to Eastwood although he’s been great too, but Fuller, he WAS his role and clearly identified and still IS that role model, with the ethics, morals, convictions and manners of self respect and showing respect, and of standing for something that was tactically, in my opinion, washed away in the years I grew up, and has only grown worse as the decades have passed. Freedom. Liberty. Sacrifice. Hard work, many days past your limits, but what had to be done got done, while holding true to your faith and showing real charity: That’s the man I watch each night as I drift off to sleep. Human foibles, and all. My husband, my BFF and love of my life since I was a teenager wayyyy back, gets a bit jealous LOL sometimes, but he, too, loves that show. We’ve sold it to everyone and our granddaughters - from 7 years old to 11, all absolutely love it. I’d love it if Bob would see this ode to his… being. I’m glad he’s been in this old world, and only wish there were many more Jess Harpers in their younger years, heading out to be shaped by life as this man was. THANKS, Robert Fuller! Enjoy every moment in Texas with your lovely wife! You did us all so proud. You’re a real role model. Heading on toward a century later! There are reasons for that. Great direction, production, and writing, but it’s your portrayal that sold it into the hearts of so many and still growing numbers of fans from allll around planet Earth! Awesomeness. The Bob Fuller kind of awesomeness. God bless your soul

To quote from my favorite band leader, Bob Wills, you, Mr Fuller is "a man after my own heart!" And I know that you remember the pioneer of western swing, Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys. I love what you said about the liberals. Way cool! You, along with James Garner, Sam Elliott, Tom Selleck and Robert Duvall have always been my favorite of the Teevee Cowboys. And you not only played a cowboy, but you really are one! God bless you 🙏❤!

They don’t allow violence in tv or movies anymore. Mind you they can have violence in sci-fi crap but they won’t let westerns have gun fights or fight scenes or bar brawls anymore. You can get zapped by ray guns and die on tv and movies but for some reason when it’s guns it’s a no go. Alec baldwins accident with halya Hutchins is sad and I know he didn’t intentionally kill her. I still think that armorer was responsible for loading the gun. She should be tried not mr baldwin. He didn’t know it was loaded with real bullets. Why did she do that? Robert fuller is a great guy for men and women. What a wonderful memory and life he is having. Love you debi

WARNING: More than 50% of these 17 minutes are repeated intact on Part 2. What gives? How much do we really learn about the behind-the-scenes, day-to-day workings of producing "Laramie" and "Wagon Train?" Z E R O. Lots of 'light' anecdotes that -- because 'he was there' -- are surely more appealing and interesting to Fuller than the eager audience STARVED for solid information from Fuller being 'on the front lines' on his highly successful shows. Additionally, the budget here apparently / obviously does not allow for a second microphone. We do not clearly HEAR the interviewer's questions / remarks. The interviewer is more of a listener than an interviewer. Fuller has total control of the 'back-and-forth,' it's clear. WHERE is the list of a dozen, solid questions that any freshman film / TV student at Columbia or UCLA would have prepared with some solid research resulting in enlightening ANSWERS? 3:21 - 3:23 Damn, if there isn't a jump cut, where EVERYTHING dealing with "Laramie" is eliminated / cut / lost. Fuller goes from talking about making $200 / week as a dancer to NBC wanting two comedies instead of a fifth season of the one-hour "Laramie." "Damn, WHAT did we miss here ?!" Fuller looks good and he's happy to talk, quite eager to discuss the past. Speaking of UCLA and Columbia, grading "RFCowboy1 Robert Fuller" 'Pass' or 'Fail' - sorry, Charie, this definitely earns a 'Fail.'
