I have multiplied the ABCD matrix for even and odd mode but it doesn't show the same results

Check the multiplication.. It should be same.

small correction, your abcd for a OC shunt stub is C = j/root(2) and -j/root(2). because in this instance, characteristic impedance is sqrt(2) for the stubs. thank you for the video

When you convert physical length to electrical length you multiply it by (2*pi/lambda). So (lambda/2)*(2*pi/lambda)= pi radian=180 degree

I have written it above.. it's also same for converting the path difference into phase difference. Either way you can understand.
