I ended up buying them all, and they all blew me away. I wish Bioshock had Gyro support like Borderlands does but still all the games are amazing handheld!

Am I the only one that thinks its hilarious when enemies bug out in any game? I’ve seen some really funny ones especially in the Assassins Creed ports.

I picked up Bioshock Collection for switch and I’m loving every single minute of it

I own them both, and I have to say, both collections are surprisingly good. I wish some other devs or pubs would port their games to the switch. The Batman Arkham games (Asylum, and City respectively) would be my first choice. We ready have a good portion of the Resident Evil games, but Dead Space would be something to behold. Imagine getting to rummage through the USG Ishimura or the Sprawl but on a train ride, or a plane.

A nice thing when it comes for at least the Bioshock collection (not sure about borderlands) is that all the games are part of the cart, meaning, they didn't do one game in the cart and the rest are codes like Bayonetta, Resident Evil and other collections, so it will keep its resale value.

2K did an excellent job on all three games. I'm blown away. No excuses anymore about why any third party AAA game can't make it over to this amazing console.

I bought the Borderlands Collection for the Nintendo Switch and the game is just like i remeber it humorous and fun to play with friends.

I might pick them up eventually. I’m playing through Xenoblade remastered first. Then I want to take care of a few games I already have. Plus I’m also looking forward to both Silk Song and BravelyDefault 2.

Bioshock was incredible. I bought all three and I've already finished the first. It looked nearly as good as the current gen remasters.

I have the Xbox One version. Played em, beat em late last year and I still bought the Switch version of the collection. Let me tell you...being able to play freaking Bioshock while on my lunch break at work never gets old.

I was stunned how good Bioshock looked! I compared it against my ps4 pro ( newly) enhanced version, and I have to say I am more than happy to start my play through again on the Switch. I know I can now play with a higher resolution and 60 fps, but 30fps never bothered me before for this game, and having it portable is mind blowing.

I was hemming and hauling and agonizing over which to buy first (since I have played both games in the past) and went with the Bioshock collection. MAN has it been fun, to revisit it after so soooo long. I've been LOVING it. Can't wait to play 2 and Infinite next (I never played either of those two before, so I'm looking forward to it!). I'll DEF be getting the Borderlands collection as well, but I'll wait till I get through BiooShock first (my poor wallet!)

Hey RGT, the gun sway in borderlands is deliberate.most starter guns at beginners levels all have bad stats. The higher level gun, the better the stats (less sway and better accuracy/damage)

Small correction, borderlands one does come on the cart with the other two being dlc code. Also pricing is really nuts with borderlands 1 being $30 usd and the handsome collection being $40 usd for digital purchase.

Those glitches were in the original games any way I remembered a few boos battles and the doors or loot never show up in the ps3 ,ps4 and xbox but for nintendo switch and handheld mode I love them

I've been Team Nintendo ever since the Gamecube and I am SO thankful to get a chance to play these games!!! I've heard nothing but good things about Bioshock I am superduper excited to dive into Bioshock yes yes yes!!! Great time to be a Nintendo fan!!

What I think would be an interesting move is if a company fits a game onto the cartridge, so you don't have to download anything to play, but if you do so it'll have compressed textures/audio.... but on the other hand, they'll have an optional non-compress download on the eshop. That way people who care for higher quality visuals can make space on their SD card for the download, while people who don't care don't have to worry about buying expanded storage for their switch. Xenoblade Chronicles X thing something like this for load times. They made installing it onto your harddrive optional, so that people with the base WiiU didn't have to buy a USB-Drive.

So far I've only played borderlands one and it runs great roughly on medium to low settings, at about 1080p. borderlands two and the pre-sequel have been installing forever bc of how large they are. I'd recommend a pro controller as aiming with the joy cons are a bit weird and aren't as accurate

Just started playing bioshock 3. It's a great game but the one big problem is the camera keeps rotating down no matter how I adjust the camera's sensitivity a keeps doing this very annoying and distracting.

2022, i don't have the bioshock yet but i have the borderlands collection. i've completed borderlands 1 and 2 and will start playing the prequel next week when i have the time. the good thing about it is that they look great even on the lite. it also runs well and i never experienced glitches or bugs (maybe i didn't notice it, idk). it's a good port, most definitely. the only downside about it is that there are some missions that may need a group of friends to play with because playing it solo is just impossible. if you have friends that still play the game and you have nintendo online, then good for you. but i don't have any friends who still plays the game and i don't have nintendo online, so those missions are left out just like that. thank you, gearbox🙄. overall, it's an 8/10.

Nice vid RGT 85 👍. Out of the Big 5 Games that Dropped on 29th August, 2 I got Physically, 1 I will Download Digitally and the other 2 I will Pickup when they are Cheaper. The BioShock Collection I have already got on the PS4 but I had too get it again on the Switch cuz it an absolutely top quality Collection, I went for the Physical version and the Picked Up the Biggest game out of the lot Physically and that was Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, just a Brilliant game, go Pick it up guys and the Xcom 2 Collection I will get Digitally. The Borderlands Legendary Collection, I am in no rush too get and the same with Adam Venture Origins, I will Pick these up when they go Cheaper, either Physically or Digitally.

I played about 5 hours of borderlands 2 and the first hour of bioshock. Borderlands 2 is ported extremely well. Bioshock is playing pretty well so far for me. I’m really glad these games turned out this good.

I'd honestly would like to see a different physical option where each game has it's own card..I know it will never happen but I would pay a hefty nintendo tax for this but I guess I'm just simping

I bought the first borderlands for switch and wow, I haven’t really noticed any frame drops, considering it’s a 2009 game that might help but still it runs great.

Isn't it kind of nice that only pieces of the games are on the cartridges because it could hold more resale value? If you sell RE for example, it has one game on the cartridge so only the resale value of one game. However, this way it keeps all the games listed on the box, which is nice imo.

Games like these on switch always go on sale digitally for super cheap.

If you want to continue downloads and updates while playing Borderlands on the Switch start the game in Airplane mode and wait til the game goes to offline mode and switch airplane mode back off.
