On Monday definitely bring some some steps as a back up unless you are willing to get there at 4 or 5 am to get a front row! The east P&V is great for line ups and take off whereas not all aircraft stay low enough at the P&V West (unless wind conditions change take off direction) On Sunday I went to the P&V East with barely anyone there for the whole day and loved it.Most of this vid was taken from there kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ldN7iK5ex8mtmI0.html (ps you still have to have a general admission ticket)

Thanks VDO for comment and correction too (done in a nice way) I'm a bit dyslexic with the Rafale and Gripen as you can see! Camera used was a Canon Legria HFG30. Smallish zoom but good colour and clarity in the right lighting.

Thanks Kevo. Yes people can view inside the airshow grounds with a Mach 2 or 3 ticket from inside or pay to go to park and view at either end of the runway, or just sit outside the fence near the eastern end of the runway for free.

I think you are looking at the extra fuel tanks down the aircraft spine in the Block 52 F16 C/D variants (which I believe are removable) or you may have spotted something else?
