its true... my mom said that, back when she was little, the only seasoning they really used was fresh onion, garlic and herbs. we all think that we have to use so many powders, whether it be paprika, onion poweder, etc., I have a suspicion that powders are actually DRYING and inflammatory to us. thanks for your content. Curious to see a what I eat in a day video from you.
