It was all pretty good advice really it's just screams a lot more about her than it does about any of the guys she's dated. Honestly her advice is pretty basic. Take the lead on the date, listen and engage in conversation, follow the traditional male role of paying and have a clean body, clean bed and home. All of these are pretty much table stakes and don't require any unreasonable effort. The bigger issue is what Rich is pointing out is that she already is attracted to a guy BEFORE any of this, so none of this should be seen as attracting women. You have to put in the work to lead an interesting enough life that she'd be interested in hanging out in that life and what was listed are basic considerations when spending time with someone else.

What she is asking for might be possible… If she was young, had no kids, low body count or no body count, and was exactly what a man wanted.
