Rudram can be effective only if it uses radar/ IR heterogeneous sensors...or the target can switch off the radar signal and Rudram will end up as a dumb missile...we seen Russian using this method against US radiation missile in Ukraine....

Once locked on to radar signal it remembers the location and continues to go on and hit the source even after the signal is switched off
