RIDLEY HOW TO - How to install clip-on aero bars on Ridley integrated cockpits

Thanks to our clips-on bars, it is possible to be even more aerodynamic on our Noah Fast, Kanzo Fast or any bike using our integrated cockpits. These clip-ons are compatible with Ridley N1 and G1 cockpits as well as Forza Cirrus Pro cockpits.We have prepared the following step-by-step guide for the installation of these clip-on bars.
Required materials/tools:
- Allen key 4mm
Step-by-step guide:
1: Open clip-on clamps
2: Determine spacer height and Choose the bolt that fits the amount of spacers + 10mm. ATTENTION: bolts to be different length when angled spacer is used
3: Mount the spacers and bolts on top part of the clip-on clamps
4: Choose the right threaded insert for your case: using angled spacer vs not using angled spacer. ATTENTION: Make sure the insert is pointed in the right direction depending on the angled spacer direction, if used (U pointing up, d pointing down)
5: Mount the extensions on the clamp/spacer pre assembly
6: Install the other threaded insert on to mount arm cups
7: Install arm cups using M6x15mm bolts
8: Determine position of the clip-on bars and protect the handle bars with electrical tape
9: Install the clip-on bars
10: Stick arm pads on the arm cups
11: Push bar end plugs in extensions. ATTENTION: Make sure to install handlebar tape and/or Bar end plugs (not included) on frontside of the extensions as well if you are planning to race, this will probably be mandatory

I asked my dealer, they can't get those aero handlebar, they say no more stocks maybe in October????????

Having the same question. I think they are from Giant. They had these kind of clip ons for their propel series.

@@ridley_bikes I asked my local dealer (fahhrad xxl) and they couldn't order the aero handlebar for me. The question remains: Where can I order it?

@@ridley_bikes Local dealer isn’t helpful at all. So, where do we get these? Surely there has to be online shops that offer them, when the physical Ridley dealers refuse to say even a word? Or are you having supply issues?
