It's the big old saying is you get what you pay for. All I can say is stop paying for the cheap ones then you can afford them.

I like, thermowells also just because you can make it leak proof by welding them in. Gotta watch how you mount thermowell, dirt and debri can "Insulate" the sensor from the wall of the thermowell and you will not know a true temp indications. I also like to use a spring retained sensor so you can insure proper wall to wall contact.

Should def be usable in either, we just haven’t mocked em up to confirm

No they don’t but we do have flying lead harnesses that can be purchased as well that make wiring very easy. They’re standard Deutsch dt connectors so definitely available from a number of sources
