Sir, I watched your videos regularly which is very useful to common man like us thanks ! I have a question with you sir. I have appealed for 2nd appeal to CIC/SIC 1. The CIC has wrote to the PIO that the infromation should be given with cc to me 2. SIC had send me card by giving a dairy no. To me Almost a month has been passed I have not received any infromation from the PIO for the letter by CIC/SIC What can I do next plz, your advices

RTI में जानकारी न देने पर जुर्माने की राशि 25,000 से बढ़ाकर 1 लाख रू. होना चाहिए। (2) आवेदनकर्ता द्वारा प्रथम व द्वितीय अपील करने पर कोई चार्ज नहीं लगना चाहिए। (3) आवेदनकर्ता द्वारा सेवा पुस्तिका(Service Book) में दर्ज की जाने वाली शिकायत पर संबंधित विभाग, कार्यालय और अधिकारी व कर्मचारी पर कठोर कार्यवाही का नियम होना चाहिए।

Please explain Section 17, especially Section 17(1) of RTI Act, 2005, who's constitutional authority for seeking remedy in case the Governor abdicates the complaint against SCIC/SIC forwarding to the Supreme Court as mandated u/s 17(1) supra.

I asked RTI Tahsildar, to give full legal hire/family members certificate applied full application dully completed by Raju. But they delayed more than 45 days and gave me unrelated details, which is not concerned to my letter. I applied to DC then they gave incomplete information document. Then I applied to SIC they delayed for 6 months and wrote that you need not to attend personal, we do justice. Finally SIC write letter saying that information was provided so case is closing in the last year. What can I do now? This issue raised on 21/12/2019 which was unpersuade what to do? Whom to raise RTI appeal? Thank you sir.

You messed up the 1st Appeallate Authority. If information is not given within 30 days by PIO applicant will appeal to First Appellate Authority. If the reply of Appellate Authority is also not satisfactory then only applicant will appeal to Central Information Commissioner.

एक अपराधी कॉलेज में पढ़ रहा था और उसने बाहर आकार मार पीट अपराध किया (हत्या का प्रयास) पीड़ित ने उसके खिलाफ पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज की । अपराध को साबित करने के लिए कॉलेज से आर.टी.आई - अधिनियम 2005 के तहत जानकारी की मांग की गई! क्या यह छात्र उस दिन कॉलेज में मौजूद था? कृपया उनकी उपस्थिति रिकॉर्ड रजिस्टर साझा करें संबंधित जन सूचना अधिकारी ने धारा 8 (i) जे का बहाना देकर उस सूचना को साझा नहीं किया क्योंकि वह उसकी निजी जानकारी थी, तो मुझे यह जानकारी कैसे मिल सकती है? कृपया मुझे इसका कोई उपाय बताएं?

जैसे सर हम RTI govt से मां रहे है , तो RTI ज्यादा पेज/वीडियो/रिकॉर्ड/etc. मांगते है , तो इसको देने में ज्यादा पैसा लगेगा , और ज्यादा पेज का भी होगा तब भी तो , तो क्या govt हमसे पैसा लेकर RTI देगी । यदि govt पैसा नही लेती है , तो सब RTI मांगेंगे तो सरकार का बहुत ज्यादा पैसा व समय नुकशान होगा । समाधान दीजिये

Jumble Karagaye Bhai Aram se Padho aur Aaram se Padhao koi jaldbaji nahi hai. 14:19 jitanebhi Constitutional rights hote hai wo Fundamental right hote hai aur aage bolte ho Right to Property Constitutional right hai magar Fundamental right nahi hai( Kahna kya chahte ho?). , 14:44 -> Right to Voting is not constitutional right. Aur 15:00 Right to vote is constitutional right. 🤷🤷🤷
