Thank you Patel ji. Thank you Magnet Brains. I have gone through the statue Right To Information Act, 2005 however I was not updated about the Amendment that was in 2019. Thank you for updating me through this video. The video was very informative and useful. I think every one should view this video whether belonging from legal field, any exams aspirant even any one who is just a youtube viewer. It will enrich our knowledge and make us aware about our rights to question the authority. According to me this video deserves 10 million views and subscription. A must for every Indian. Jai Hind. NICE INFORMATION. I HAVE A QUESTION, 1. LAYERS OF APPEAL AFTER FILING A " RTI " REQUEST. 2. TIME FOR REPLY FROM DEPARTMENT IS 30 DAY'S. 3. 1ST APPEAL, TIME LIMIT TO GET AN ANSWER FROM AUTHORITIES. 4. 2ND APPEAL, TIME LIMIT TO GET AN ANSWER FROM AUTHORITIES. 5. 3RD (FINAL APPEAL) TIME LIMIT TO GET AN ANSWER FROM AUTHORITIES. IS THERE A FEE FOR 2ND, 3RD, & 4TH APPEAL. CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE A TABLE FORMAT. THANKS

first clear your concept than teach furnishing information within 30 days from the date of application. its not 1st appeal. 1st Appeals against refusal of information request can be filed with an officer senior in rank to the PIO within the same public authority within 30 days .
