You're not listening carefully enough. "Lovin' Feeling" is classic, but "Just Once In My Life" is the peak. The build is fantastic culminating with Medley screaming "Do this for me!" You can't get any better than this record.

"Pieces in the wrong spots"? Are you crazy? They ride the backing track with their vocals spot on. You are in the presence of genius when you hear this song.

Couldn't resist commenting again! Okay so, it does indeed sound like You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin' as the ABCABCDA was a winning formula for them at the time! I've covered both songs on guitar however and Just Once In My Life is in Em7\G I believe whereas Lovin' Feelin' is up a few wholetones from this if I remember correctly! Anyway, check out the Beach Boys version if you can just to acclimate to the song more, then return to the original Righteous Brothers version. Both are special productions respectively but The Righteous Brothers' version is Phil Spector's peak in my opinion - by far my favourite song and production!

You speak a lot, and you're great at enunciating and delivering important information. I appreciate both of these aspects as I often feel I talk too much in my videos compared to other people who barely have anything to contribute other than "wow" and "omg" 😂 Subbed!

Rock N Roll Heaven by The Righteous Brothers. Beautiful song dedicated to some of the legendary singers that had passed away. Very touching.

The live performances are always better than the recordings. Look for the live weekly Shindig Show's videos where they tweaked down the instrumentals and gave the songs their own flava. Totally superior though their recordings are really good. Don't miss out on their humor and them absolutely ripping back and forth. They had it all.

Southpaw, Not To Worry My Friend Cuz I Don't Understand All The Music Of Today Lol. I Was Born In The 50's So It's Alot Easier To Understand This Type Of Music.There Are Many Songs By The Righteous Brothers And Some Of Them Are Sung By Bobby Hatfield As A Soloist And Also Some Are Sung By Bill Medley. So I Guess It's A Preference Of The Type Of Music You Like. Just Saying So Keep On Listening To What You Like. God Bless You And Have A Great Evening. 🎶

I’m not sure if I misunderstood in the intro about the Righteous Brothers “Unchained Melody”. The Righteous Brothers released that song in 1965, I believe. I really like this song. It is not my favorite Righteous Brothers song, but I enjoy it very much. I know that not everyone likes 60’s music though, so they probably would t like this. I really have no knowledge of the music industry and how all that works, so I don’t get how the song sounds out of place in certain parts....but that’s just me :) Thank you for your honest review!

I’m finding that I like the 70s def over the 60s. Good stuff in the 60s I just gotta find it though I think.

@@jaybrielakoi7747 I hate to disagree . In my opinion I liked the mid50' s to the late 60's music. I've been listening to music since the age of about 10, I'm 72 years old. Don't get me wrong I also enjoy music of the 70's as well, all the way up to about 1990's. In my opinion in the early years if Rock n Roll, there were more songs about love , peace, and things that mattered. Very much enjoy your reactions and honest opinions. 👍👍♥️

I think others have mentioned. Something is just a little off with this song. But if it had a few tweaks I’d really really like it a lot more.

It's just you were born in the wrong era. This is still fabulous. You guys are just used to all your fake auto tune and play backs. When you grew up with just real talent you appreciate real music.

I don’t like this song it sounds out of tune to me but maybe when I listen to it on something better than my cellphone it will sound better. The accompanying instruments and the vocals are just wrong together.
