I don’t think you have any proof that the justice system is corrupt. However, we have plenty of evidence that the justice system is simply unable to deal with Trump’s shenanigans either through incompetence or simply lack of experience in such matters. The SCOTUS, however, is hopelessly corrupt.

Here me out: i think prison might be worse. He will act like a martyr to garner sympathy. He’s not mandela but will convince his supporters he’s a political prisoner. Prison time also carries risk of political (remember they put hitler in prison and it only made him more popular). For this particular trial, merchan should give him like 10k hours of community service. I actually believe trump himself would hate that more than prison but wouldnt have much leg to stand on when it comes to complaining.

I was upset when SCOTUS selected the president in 2000. So, in 2004, I volunteered to be an election worker. (I think I got paid $93 for the day) I was fortunate to work on a team led by an experienced person and was greatly reassured that at least in my precinct, the workers were absolutely diligent about the process. All these whiners are just looking for an excuse for losing. If they're so suspicious they should do what I did and observe & work there to see how it's done. I'm only glad that I doubt they will because I suspect THEY would be the cheaters if they knew how. What they're trying to set up is a 'heads I win, tails you lose' situation.

If Trump indeed has both the mental and physical ability to appear on the debate, will he be able to remain coherent during the entire debate? My money is that the coward will not have the courage to appear in the first place. But, maybe his remaining legal team, or at least of those either not in jail or have been disbarred are telling hi the magic words, "All you can eat, Free fried chicken and soda."

We used to have such a regulation. It was called the Fairness Doctrine. Ronald Reagan's FCC got rid of it in 1987, at the direction of Ronald Reagan. We need to vote blue so we can take back the House, have a better majority in the Senate, and put Biden back in the White House, so we can have them re-instate the Fairness Doctrine.
