Awesome video, treating the maid like a member of the family, this is very rare, I had a baby sitter and I was calling her sister in law, she was so nice that she was doing all the housechores which she wasn't supposed to do, she was told to do chores concerning the baby, rest of her time she was supposed to rest, now my child is 13 and I still have great memories of hers, as it is said, the production is better than expected when you treat your employee well.
