I am so thankful to gave found you and your amazing gifts. I am a huge fan of your guided meditations, sleep meditations, affirmations etc! I use them nightly. Thank you thank you, thank you. Is it possible to have this one without the high pitch/ frequency? I find it hard to listen to this pitch/ frequency for sleeping. I would be ever so grateful 🙏 if it is.

Aw thank you so much Jess. I’ve done the 30 days gratitude and quite a few reprogramming my mind. I’ve been meditating for nearly two years now and after many finding you was amazing it works amazingly for me. I am doing the trust one now. Just wanted to know how long do I do the sleep ones for. Do I alternate? I am so grateful to have found you and have passed you on to my best friend who is new to this and she’s doing amazing as-well. I can’t praise you enough ❤️😊🥰

When you feel like you would like a change that is your signal that it is time to change to another track.
