Hey Chef!!! I am glad I found your Ritz Cracker Pie Crust recipe. I love your step by step guidance, clear instructions and modesty on sugar:-) Also it was an excellent tip on the crust thickness. 15-min Pie is a must to make: time-saver and a healthy one:-) Good job!!! Thank you very much for your kind words--I wanted to focus on the saltiness / butteriness, so adding just a bit of sugar maintains that flavor balance. It is definitely easy to make, and even though it could be a bit thicker, for the course of a year, a slightly thinner crust means a slightly thinner you as well! Thanks! Hopefully 2,000 isn't too far off...

I remember you mentioning this a while ago! Glad to see a video on it! That is a really easy crust that I will definitely try next time I do something like a key lime pie. I would leave out the sugar and use this for a quiche crust. Much easier than rolling out the dough in a tiny kitchen.

The possibilities are definitely endless with a Ritz Cracker pie crust. For savory, perhaps some sort of butternut squash and cheese tart? For sweet, perhaps some more of peaches and cream pie?

No, I have not. I think it could work, but my "chef's intuition" tells me that you would have to be careful about what recipe you use--I'm not sure how it would be with key lime pie. If you give it a try, let me know!😉
