The framed pictures along the water are beautiful! The replicas of the villages within the boat was amazing! Pure talent & hard work. Looks like a ton fun! 😊

Thanks - very nice, I look forward to the shows! I used to go dancing every Thursday at a riverside club in Phnom Penh, the bands were really awesome - like a rock opera - a wall of sound.❤ In Cambodian dancing the hand gestures are all meaningful, they used to laugh at my efforts😂

Colour Silk Cambodia are the weavers. They have a shop in town in Wat Damnak area round the corner from Club House Pet Playground and Cafe in Sombai street. Their weaving place is out in the vicinity of Bantey Srei and one of the ladies has a sisters who has a shop opposite East Mebon temple which is where I first came across their beautiful weaving.

The weaving at that stall was some of the loveliest I have seen, really beautiful. Thanks for the additional info - next time I'm out in the Park, I'll stop in and have a look. Textiles are some of my favourite things!

@@ForRiel I think many schools upgraded to chairs and tables with steel frame/leg, so these are probably put into a warehouse somewhere. I remember a colleague of mine getting a hold of one, and she had to do a lot of sanding to get rid of all the years of graffiti left behind by the students.

Life is a lot easier in Siem Reap. Traffic in Phnom Penh makes it difficult and time-consuming to get around, whereas in SR you are only ever a 10 minute ride from anything. 🎉🙂🐒

Hi, im a Dane age 53, it will be my first time paying for healthcare and i just wathed your healthcare video, but please advise, i might move to Sien Reap, but you said you have a private healthcare for big issues, but you do not mention who or what it costs, can you explain?

Hi Dane, we use SafetyNet, underwritten by Forte. Insurance is a difficult one because it depends on age, pre-existing conditions, how much stuff you want to cover, etc. SafetyNet has a great website where you can get an idea of inclusions and the policy prices. KZfaq often deletes comments that contain links, so I won't post the URL but you should be able to find it easily. We pay around $500 each per year for our cover.

Nope it's just for Cambodia, but I think you can also visit hospitals in Thailand as well.
