In this Michigan Catfish Fishing video we are out there river fishing for Monster catfish with our buddy Brett from Outdoorsmen River Guide Service where we are fishing log jams for flathead catfish and channel catfish on the hottest day (so far) in 2024. It was borderline brutal bet we found shade often enough and had a cooler full of ice and beverages to keep alive as well as some excellent brats! Flathead catfish fishing is among our favorite summer activities and something we look forward to every year once the spring steelhead and smallmouth action slows down our minds start to long for a battle with a big flathead catfish.
