😎. Didn’t know about the steel wool trick. On paint...thanks for sharing. Anthony

yeah, I used steel wool to burnish and distress paint on woodworking projects, but didn't know you could do this to take off the semi-gloss. Hope you give it a try. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Great work Terry!! I have some of that hard wood material left over from my backdrop which I'll use for my facia as well.

Thanks! glad to see you're getting maximum use out of your materials. I'm pretty sure you'll like it.

Interesting technique Terry. I actually sprayed mine with matt clear. I always keep several cans to hand. It's useful for all sorts of things...

Hi David. I thought of doing that, or even mixing matte medium with the paint. But I was interested to see how the steel wool or scouring pad worked. Thanks for commenting, I appreciate it.

what were the knobs for?

Harold Ferguson they are my manual turnout controls, similar to the bullfrog turnout control, except I built them myself, kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aqufg8t_sdmRpGQ.html. Thanks for watching and commenting
