Ingredients for rice;
1½ kg sella basmati rice
½ inch of cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (Kaalee Mirach)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 star anise (Gul-e-Badyan)
5 green cardamoms
2 black cardamoms
3 t 4 cloves
3 tablespoon salt
Half bunch of green coriander
Half bunch of mint
Few drops of kewra essence
Pinch of yellow food coloring
