This is a special recipe for a simple yakhni biryani. Without hot and strong spices this biryani has the true flavor of traditional biryani which is famous for weddings and parties.

Jazak Allah Khair Rizwana for sharing this recipe. I tried yakhni Biryani for the first time and it turned out awesome. I especially admire the Aroma. The only changes I made , I reduced Sugar to 3/4 tsf and instead of Biryani Essence I used kewra essence ( because of unavailability factor ).

F Z the spices and flavourings she used give it a biryani flavour, while the yakhni method gives the dish a pulao taste

F Z asal biryani yehi hoti hai. pehle bohat kam logo ko naseeb hoti thi kyu ke isme masale aur time taking tha. jo purane zamane kuchh chuninda ameer logo me banti thi. baad me aam public ne normal masala se tahiri banani shru ki aur phir bihar bengal tak ke log aur ameer ghareeb sab use biryani kahne lage. aaj halat ye ho gayi ke bihari bengali BHI khane lage. Alhumdulillah

Walaikum Assalam Hafsa - Sorry, main zara dair se jawab de rahai hoon. Next time gosht ko dho kar aik pot main dalain. Phir usmain 2 onion slice kar ke aur 1 tsp pisa hua garlic daal dain aur paani daalain key gosht paani main dooba rahe. thora sa chamche se chalaa kar mix kar lain and aik din ya over night fridge main rakahain. Pakaney se phele gosht ko paani se nikal kar kisi strainer main rakhain taakey saara pani nikal jaaey aur phir cook karain to InshaAllah smell nahi ayegi. Koshis karain key gosht main fat na ho kiyoon key lamb ya goat fat me ziyada smell hoti hey.

Assalam o Alaikum Sadia - Bohat maazrat key main pehele jawab na de saki. Main bohat ziyada bimar hoon. Pichley kuch mahinoon se mustaqil hospital main hoon. Kabhi ghar ajaati hoon laikin phir tabiyat kharab ho jati hai aur dobara hospital main admit ho jati hoon. Is waqt bhi main hospital main admit hoon. Aap ka bohat bohat shukriya duaaoon main yad rakhney key liye. Aap sub ki duaoon ki bohat zaroorat hai. Jaise hi tabiyat thori sahi hogi to inshaAlla phir videos upload karongi. JazakAllah

ASA Rizwana. Indeed I am sad and upset to hear that you are back in the hospital. I can imagine your pain and the weakness that chemo and radiation result in. Be brave, dear sister, and fight hard. Allah is merciful and all knowing. I lost my elder sister last year to cancer in the UK and I am aware of the cycle of this illness. If you will fight it hard mentally, your body will respond. We are all praying for your recovery. Rizwana, you may be in Toronto. If you are, please let me know which hospital and I will visit you along with my wife. If I can be of help in any manner, please let me know without hesitation. In the meantime both I and my wife are praying to Allah for your recovery and comfort. Sincerely.
