Best kids tv show ever No matter what generation I used to never miss a show as a kid i was mesmerized and absolutely glued to it The settings and surroundings the great feel from the period it had, and the amazing jon pertwee as worzel gummidge the next acting period His movemets his facial expressions his manerisms his voice just incredibly flawless No one could pull off what he did with worzel an amazing look back in history to a show that kids adored so much words cant explain Tremendous series that kids even now after episode or two would also be hooked for life legendary tv series from the 80s truely class

When I was growing up I wanted to marry Aunt Sally. Whenever I saw Una Stubbs on screen, whatever she was appearing in she was always my Aunt Sally. Love you Aunt Sally. I hope to see you in the next world. RIP Una I will always love you.

One of the best children’s tv shows ever 👍🏻👍🏻 the latest version is very sedate and a bit too PC ! Crook looks more like a weird hippie than a scarecrow !!

Totally agree, Too PC. This is the one I grew up with, Jon and una’s comedy timing is brilliant, Mackenzie crook needs to bail out asap. 😀 yeah does look like an aging hippy from 60s.

i’ve just watched the mackenzie crook version..... too pc and wokey for my liking. Aunt sally has is aunt.... come on👎. Can’t beat jon & una’s comedy timing😆😆😆😆😆 Even the late joan sims was a hoot has mrs bloomsbury barton
