A complete walk through of doing the 50hr service on an RK24 tractor. Changing the trans-hydrolic oil and cleaning the filter, changing the hydrostatic filter and teaching the trick of how to easily access and remove it. Changing the front axel gear oil. Changing the diesel engine oil and filter. How to remove all the engine coverings and easily assess and clean the engine. Plus an over all description of what EXACT fluids are required and how to easily find them in a Rural King store.

I believe they put the filters on dry at the factory. That would be why they are so hard to get loose. and why we are told to wipe a little oil on the gasket before we install a new one. Yep. very helpful guide, appreciated.

Nice video! I'm about to do my 300hr service. Your tractor it newer than mine. My headlights are part of the hood.

500 hrs on mine never did any fluid changes works like new. Grease zerks often that's important

good video. I watched this before i did 50 hour service on my RK24 back in October. Have you changed your fuel filter yet? There appears to be 2 fuel filters...I can't find any videos of anyone changing them.

There's another drain plug that you didn't take out behind the screen filter for the hydrolic

Great video, thank you for it. I have the exact same tractor. Question though, you never touched on the fuel or the fuel water separator filters. I’m told they also need to be changed for the warranty to be in affect. Went to RK and just said to give me what I need, those two filters were included. Anything special I need to know?
