@@bktoutdoors6667 I know, I could use some videos that are a little beyond the basics as well or maybe they're basic to you, for instance, the knob that adjust how fast the hydraulics run or something like that I need an explanation and demonstration. Also, the basics of hooking up the 3 point and the PTO. I've got on my brush cutter, but then I'm always having pins. Jump loose I'm not sure how tight to make the different pieces. Should I have slack in my top link or should it be taught? It seems to flip in ways that cause me issues. And then I had to break it to get it off one time. So I made it more taught last time and the lynch Pen popped the Penguin flying at the top link. Came loose mid use. Now mind you, I'm on uneven ground in the mountains. Trying to clear fresh fields. I'm not using this on some 100-year-old flat established plot. I did this voice to text while driving. So if there's anything agreed, just hit me back and I'll clean it up later. Thanks again

I tried sitting it on a couple things when I disconnected with mixed results. First I tried putting it on a cinder block with a couple additional 2x6 wood blocks on top of that -- which worked OK, but wasn't any better that just letting it settle to the ground. I also tried putting it on an old pallet, with the thought that I could move it around with my forks attachment for the front end loader when I wasn't using the backhoe -- that turned out to be a fiasco -- I tried to wedge it between the planks of the pallet so it couldn't settle and I could just back right up to it next time, but the boards bowed/ broke when it settled anyway, and it got stuck in the pallet and I had a heck of a time getting it off the pallet and getting it reattached. I heard of the floor jack thing, but just don't have a good flat concrete area to do it -- but it looks like a great idea. Thanks for the comment!

On the backhoe itself (when it is not on the tractor), I make sure the little rubber plugs are in the hose to keep any dirt/ debris out, and I make sure they are up off the ground. I have used a bungie cord to hold them up off the ground as well.
