The $500 motorcycle challenge is back, and this time, the crew is going racing. In this new challenge, our team heads to Juab Xtreme Racing, an intense and unforgiving extreme enduro race in Nephi, Utah. The gnarly track and sizable purse typically attract riders like Colton Haaker, but we were attracted by the race’s all-new vintage class. This time around, it’s not about survival, it’s about whose bike is taking the top step of the podium. From scavenging for parts at Bill's Boneyard and hosting our own "Enduro Olympics" to test riding an Endurocross pro's track, this series is a wild ride from start to finish.

What a coincidence! The original 5 Miles Of Hell series particularly Justin's DT175, inspired me to buy a 1976 TS185 Sierra that is so similar (appearance wise) to Justin's TC he bought that speedometer for. Its slowly draining my bank account and slowly getting closer and closer to getting on the road so thank you guys for the inspiration and awesome videos!

18:52 I did the same with the float bowl rubber gasket on my bike. Cut a chunk out and glue it together and it works like a charm

I fixed my skinny vintage footpegs (1979 Fantic RC125) by bolting on some Apico Pro Bite replacement teeth plates. Cheap & really easy.

Best workplace competition. Super fun content, I just went through the parts struggle with a 99 xr100 rebuild last year. But it was such a fun beater, and then I picked up a crf150r, also fun and light.

If you use a medium dry wall sanding block, then use a budding wheel in a drill on plastics it will make it look brand new.

This looks like all kinds of fun I would look for it snowmobile junkyard and use parts off the snowmobile engines for these I mean the complete engine centrifugal clutches and everything.. I put a indy 800 triple on a 250 trailblazer.. Fastest quad i ever rode.. Even faster than my friends gsxr banshee

I know it is too late for the honda xl 500, but I have the 250 version that also has the 23 inch front tire. I was able to buy a tire that was a bridgestone unfortunately they are $100.

I'd love to know more about the TT350 shock rebuild, my 86 is a trampoline just like that one! How did he get the little shaft seal off, everything I read said they aren't rebuild able and I couldn't figure out how to take mine apart 😭

I'm immensely jealous. Here in FL there is no placeike that, and the motorcycle scene here kinda sucks. It's mostly old baggers and harleys, a handful of clapped out Gixxers and squid bikes, and a sprinkle of dirtbikes. Finding fun dual sports, adv bikes, or small displacement bikes like z400 or 390 is impossible and overpriced. If you want a tacky old bagger, you can get it for pocket change... if you want a used tw200, you'll pay $5k for it. It's ridiculous. No parts, no bone yards, no salvage for bikes... nothing. Makes getting into riding more expensive and adventure riding is really challenging because of logistics.

Well let me know if you find a 77' IT250 speedo, picked up a 77' IT250 a few days ago and got her down to the bare frame and am stripping it currently to repaint, I dont know if its a great bike to have as my first ever bike but we will see, and you know what side panels and a rear fender while your at it, might have to take a trip down there at some point, why must I be in illinois
