FRANK AND MICHAEL HEADING OUT TO MEET SOME FRIENDS.
12:10- As he pulled out of the driveway here, somewhere between here and the end of this road, somebody passed him in the turning lane doing about 90 miles an hour…and Michael has terrible experiences with gunshots at night, finding bullets in his backyard and his front yard, and I guess it just set him off. 12:37

12:56- Frank and Michael pulled up next to him, he stuck the barrel of an AR-15, I assume, out of the window and fired off three rounds and one of them struck my brother and killed him. 13:05
