After l had my rotors resurfaced. It's did the same thing. The steering wheel vibrated violently on hi-speed. No pedal pulsation what so ever. Finally figured it out. 1 rotor was resurfaced uneven, (.003" off ) after resurfaced it for 2nd time. It worked like charmed.

Off camera we did swap the front rotors with new ones, didn’t help. Resurfaced the rotors we had before, didn’t help. Ended up being a seized caliper.

It was a combination of things. The main contributor was a seized caliper piston.
